Here’s a tasty recipe for brussel sprouts that even the kids are sure to love! This is a quick and easy Sensational recipe that will provide you with another healthy side dish.

3 to 4 lbs fresh brussel sprouts
1/4 to 1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Sensational Seasonings, Chicken Seasoning
Optional: add additional salt to suit your taste
3 to 4 pieces of bacon (optional)
1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
2. Slice brussel sprouts in half (cutting top to bottom)
3. Toss sprouts in 1/4 to 1/3 cup of olive oil
4. Place onto a rimmed cookie sheet or baking pan in a single layer. Sprinkle (liberally) with Sensational Seasonings chicken seasoning – Or for a completely salt-free recipe, use Sensational Seasonings Pork Rub.
Optional – Finely slice 3 or 4 pieces of bacon and place on top of the brussel sprouts.
5. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes on center rack (until golden brown)
Eat warm as a side dish or cold as a salad garnish
